The title refers to the temperature at which books catch fire. It leads us to reflect on the decisive role of reading and the risks that books run in authoritarian regimes.
LibriBianchi are sculptures created using real books destined for disposal, giving them a new life. Covered in white, each book becomes an icon of all books, telling stories, emotions, and feelings. It may seem like a mute sculpture, but it is not; it silently screams to be read—not with the eyes, but with the heart, as the Little Prince says.
